Ponant cruises offer luxury small-ships. The Ponant Explorers are a series of six intimate, luxury expedition yachts—Le Lapérouse, Le Champlain, Le Bougainville, Le Dumont-d'Urville, Le Bellot, and Le Jacques-Cartier—designed for refined, eco-friendly exploration. Launched from 2018, these small ships feature private balconies, Zodiac boats for remote landings, and the unique "Blue Eye" underwater lounge.

STAR CLIPPERS
Star Clippers offers intimate, authentic tall-ship sailing experiences on three ships (Star Clipper, Star Flyer, Royal Clipper) carrying 166–227 guests. Operating in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Southeast Asia, these cruises focus on casual elegance, featuring open-deck lounging, water sports, and unique, small-port itineraries.
The grandest of the tall ships is the Royal Clipper. Inspired by the tall ship Preussen, she has the proud distinction of being the largest and only five-masted full-rigged sailing ship built since her predecessor was launched at the beginning of the last century.
With her complement of 42 sails, Royal Clipper is a splendid sight to behold. You might think she was an apparition from the grand age of sail, but Royal Clipper is as new as tomorrow, boasting state-of-the-art navigation systems and all the comfort of today.
For connoisseurs of sail cruising, the 134 metres Royal Clipper offers the ultimate sea-going experience, balancing the grandeur, adventure and tradition of sailing with the superb service, amenities and accommodations of a yacht. Variety Cruises is a premier, third-generation family-owned small ship cruise line, established in 2006 (with roots back to 1949) by the Venetopoulos family in Athens, Greece.
